Commonwealth Games

Everybody was waiting for this day when it was the day lots of people were yelling like girls. It is the opening of the commonwealth games. It is held at Scotland. Everyone that play is looked after by the Queen.

Weightlifting is so hard that it could be dangerous it could hurt some people. It will be so hard to lift it up when you walk in you will feel novers. When you lift it up you have to lift the weight above your head and wait for three second and then let the weight down but before you lift the weight up you have to put on this powder on so you can have grip when you lift.

She could be the most powerful girl? It Valerie adams she has won three Gold medals and she play a sport that really hard to play it a ball that it really heavy and hard there meters that tell them how many meters they have landed on. One time this lady was cheating because when she was challenging Valerie she came with drugs she has won. Then 2 day later we heard that Valerie won the gold medal.

Rugby seven is a running and getting dirty penalties mean that you have been talke to high if you get a try you get 5 points and if you get a conversion in you get 2 point and if you get a penalties goal that  3 point if you get it in.
